NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS
COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT/ COUNCIL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications under Section 45 and Section 53 of the Planning Act will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment / Council on July 3rd, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hastings Civic Centre, 6 Albert Street East, Hastings / Municipality of Trent Hills:

1. Severance Consent Application B04/2017 (recirculation from 2017 application)
Concession 9, Part of Lot 15, County Road 25, Percy Ward
The application proposes to create one (1) new parcel for residential building purposes, being approximately 2 acres (vacant land / existing foundation from previous residential dwelling), from approximately 37 acres (vacant land). 

2. Severance Consent Application B21/2018
Concession 12, Part Lot 18, 12th Line East, Seymour Ward 
The application proposes to create one (1) new parcel for residential building purposes, being approximately 2.59 acres (vacant land), from approximately 42.4 acres (vacant land).  Zoning Amendment Application C18/2016 has been submitted in conjunction with this application.

3. Severance Consent Application B22/2018
Concession 3, Part of Lot 19, 13984 County Road 29 / Glover Road, Percy Ward
The application proposes to create one (1) new parcel for residential building purposes, being approximately 6.05 acres (vacant land), from approximately 46 acres.   The retained portion contains an existing residential dwelling.  Zoning Amendment Application C19/2018 has been submitted in conjunction with this application.

4. Minor Variance Application A01/2018
573 Bannon Road, Seymour Ward
The application is to seek relief from the Zoning By-law with respect to the front yard setback for an accessory building within the Rural Residential (RR) Zone.

The following applications will be heard by Council, following and upon the completion of the Committee of Adjustment meeting noted above.

1. Rezoning Application C18/2018
Concession 12, Part Lot 18, 12th Line East, Seymour Ward 
The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to recognize the creation of one new parcel, being the severed portion of Severance Consent B21/2018, in an approximate size of 2.59 acres (vacant land).  The current zoning of the subject lands is Rural. The proposed zoning for the severed portion will be Rural Residential. The zoning for the retained portion will remain Rural.
 
2. Rezoning Application C19/2018
Concession 3, Part of Lot 19, 13984 County Road 29 / Glover Road, Percy Ward
The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment is to recognize the creation of one new parcel, being the severed portion of Severance Consent B22/2018, in an approximate size of 6.05 acres (vacant land).  The current zoning of the subject lands is Rural, Agricultural, Environmental Protection and Environmentally Sensitive.  The proposed zoning for the severed portion will be Rural Residential.  The zoning for the retained portion will remain Rural, Environmental Protection and Environmentally Sensitive.  All Environmental Protection and Environmentally Sensitive zoning will remain in place.



ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make written or verbal representation, either in support of, or in opposition to, the application.  Written submissions can be made to the Clerk of the Municipality.
