Both residential and commercial building activity in Trent Hills has been on a steady rise for the past number of years. Business expansion and new business development have provided for strong commercial activity.  Residential renovation and new home development have also shown strong growth.  Much of this activity can be attributed to a strong economy, an influx of new residents and investment, and a trend to refurbish and restore historic buildings.
