Postal Interruption Notice

Due to the Canada Post labour disruption, the Municipality of Trent Hills will not be sending any mail, including notices and bills, and may also be unable to accept incoming mail. Residents and service partners who have recently received an invoice are still required to pay their bills on time, despite the disruption.

Residents are urged to visit or reach out to the Municipal Office to make payments or arrange payment plans.

This notice will be revised if there are any changes to the situation.

Submit your building permit applications online

The Trent Hills Building Department is now accepting building permit application submissions through the new Trent Hills Permit Portal - Citywide. 

To submit your application, create an account, enter the project details and upload all the required documents to the portal. 

Once received, staff will review the application and contact you to make payment arrangements. 

The building permit and required inspections will be emailed to the applicant after payment has been completed.

Welcome to the Gunshot Treaty Lands of 1788. It is on these lands and on the shores of the big lake, the Mississauga Anishinabeg met with the Crown to facilitate the opening of these lands for
settlement.
