STORM UPDATE – WARMING & CHARGING STATIONS CONTINUE TO BE OPEN 24 HOURS

The municipal office is up and running, we can be reached 8:30 am - 4:30 pm at 705-653-1900 or info@trenthills.ca.

In light of the recent ice storm, select municipal facilities are now open for residents to power up essential electronics (please bring your charger), fill water bottles, and find temporary shelter from the cold.

📌 Warkworth Fire Hall - 24 Old Hastings Rd., Warkworth
📌 Emergency Services Base - 50 Doxsee Ave S., Campbellford
📌 Hastings Library/Civic Centre - 6 Albert St. E., Hastings

All brush and tree debris can be taken to the Seymour Community Recycling Centre at 344 5th Line West - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. The municipality is not responsible for clean up on private property.

The Municipality of Trent Hills proclaims April 2, 2025 as World Autism Day

Autism Ontario is a charitable organization founded in 1973, and provides support to the autism
community of Campbellford and the Municipality of Trent Hills. They have more than 50 years of supporting,
representing, and advocating for all autistic individuals across the province regardless of race, ethnicity, income, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

Join Autism Ontario as they Celebrate the Spectrum this upcoming World Autism Day on April 2, 2025.

Land Acknowledgement

We recognize the traditional keepers of this land and, specifically our neighbours of the Alderville First Nation, with a formal territorial acknowledgement.

Welcome to the Gunshot Treaty Lands of 1788. It is on these lands and on the shores of the big lake, the Mississauga Anishinabeg met with the Crown to facilitate the opening of these lands for
settlement.

Let us be reminded of the responsibility we all have in making sure that we respect these lands and waters that give us life and sustain our livelihoods.
