Draft 2025 Budgets

At its meeting on November 26, 2025, Council received the
Draft 2025 Municipal Budget and Draft 2025 Water and Wastewater Budget

Postal Interruption Notice

Due to the Canada Post labour disruption, the Municipality of Trent Hills will not be sending any mail,
including notices and bills, and may also be unable to accept incoming mail.
Residents and service partners who have recently received an invoice are still required to pay
their bills on time, despite the disruption.

Residents can contact the Municipal Office to make payments or arrange payment plans.

Register for e-Billing: Water/sewer and tax bills will be sent to you via email and will avoid any mail delivery delays.

This notice will be revised if there are any changes to the situation.

Hastings Bulk Water Service Disruption

The Hastings Bulk Water System will be out of service Monday, December 2 and Tuesday, December 3.

Works are being completed over these two days to connect the new water tower to our existing system.

Land Acknowledgement

We recognize the traditional keepers of this land and, specifically our neighbours of the Alderville First Nation, with a formal territorial acknowledgement.

Welcome to the Gunshot Treaty Lands of 1788. It is on these lands and on the shores of the big lake, the Mississauga Anishinabeg met with the Crown to facilitate the opening of these lands for
settlement.

Let us be reminded of the responsibility we all have in making sure that we respect these lands and waters that give us life and sustain our livelihoods.
