Postal Disruption

November 21, 2024

Due to the Canada Post labour disruption, the Municipality of Trent Hills will not be sending any mail, including notices and bills, and may also be unable to accept incoming mail.

Property owners are still responsible for ensuring property tax and water/sewer accounts are paid on time during the postal strike.

Electronic billing

Property tax and water/wastewater customers can receive their invoices electronically. The electronic bill includes the same information as a paper bill. Billing dates and available payment options remain the same.
