The Sunny Life Recreation and Wellness Centre is approaching its final stages of construction
Campbellford, ON (October 9, 2024) - The Sunny Life Recreation and Wellness Centre will open in phases as each section is completed. Here are the details for the phased opening:
- The arena is set to open on Friday, October 18, exclusively for scheduled ice rentals. For future facility bookings, contact bookings@trenthills.ca.
- The building will remain locked between rentals to allow construction crews to finish any remaining work in the arena.
- YMCA Northumberland’s section, which includes the aquatics centre and fitness rooms, is aiming to open to the public by mid-November. For membership and programming information, please visit ymcanrt.org.
- A grand opening event is being planned for later this year once the entire facility is fully operational.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we wrap up construction, and look forward to inviting everyone to enjoy the new Sunny Life Recreation and Wellness Centre.
