Request for Proposal for the former Hastings Arena Lands
Take Notice that the Municipality of Trent Hills has declared the Hastings Arena Lands surplus to the needs of the Municipality, and intends to sell the lands for future development.
The lands are legally described as being Plan 33, N of Part Lots 3 & 4, Front St E, Bridge St, Part Lot 3 N of Front St W, Victoria St, Part 1 of RP 39R6208, Parts 1 and 2 of RP 39R11191, geographic Village of Hastings, now in the Municipality of Trent Hills.

The Municipality is accepting proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of the former Hastings Arena Lands. A municipal map depicting the lands is attached.
The Hastings Community has expressed a preference for the lands to be developed as a mix of Commercial and Residential Development. There is an identified need for purpose built rental housing, as well as utilizing affordable housing programs.
